This seafood salad is perfect for a hot summer day and is so easy to make! It is delicious served on hoagie rolls or with crackers.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces imitation crab meat
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Chop the imitation crab into bite-size pieces and add to a large bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and gently stir until fully combined.
  • Serve on hoagie rolls or with crackers.

Notes

Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
