Air Fryer Chicken Taquitos

These air fryer taquitos are quick and easy to make and come out perfectly crisp and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco sauce
  • 1/4 cup cilantro packed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese pepper jack, cheddar, or Mexican blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 small flour tortillas 6 inch

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, sour cream, taco sauce, cheese, cilantro, and spices.
  • Divide the chicken mixture between the tortillas and roll them up tightly. You may place a toothpick in each rolled up taquito.
  • Place the taquitos seam side down in the air fryer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
  • Air fry at 400F for 7-9 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown. Flip the taquitos over and bake for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve with avocado cilantro sauce or your favorite taco toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole.
