This seafood salad is perfect for a hot summer day and is so easy to make! It is delicious served on hoagie rolls or with crackers.

imitation crab meat

red onion
finely chopped

cup
mayonnaise
1/4

sour cream

lemon juice

dill weed

garlic powder

celery
finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
Chop the imitation crab into bite-size pieces and add to a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and gently stir until fully combined.
Serve on hoagie rolls or with crackers.

Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
