Air Fryer Chicken Taquitos
These air fryer taquitos are quick and easy to make and come out perfectly crisp and flavorful!
Servings 10 taquitos
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon taco sauce
- 1/4 cup cilantro packed
- 1 cup shredded cheese pepper jack, cheddar, or Mexican blend
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10 small flour tortillas 6 inch
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, sour cream, taco sauce, cheese, cilantro, and spices.
- Divide the chicken mixture between the tortillas and roll them up tightly. You may place a toothpick in each rolled up taquito.
- Place the taquitos seam side down in the air fryer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
- Air fry at 400F for 7-9 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown. Flip the taquitos over and bake for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with
avocado cilantro sauce or your favorite taco toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole.
