This Spinach Artichoke Dip is the perfect appetizer for a crowd! It is deliciously creamy and so easy to make: just add all of your ingredients to an Instant Pot.

Ingredients
1/2cupchicken or vegetable broth
12ouncesquartered artichoke heartdrained and roughly chopped
10ouncesfrozen chopped spinach
8ouncescream cheese
1/2cupsour cream
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
salt and pepperto taste
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cupfreshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
To the Instant Pot, add the broth followed by the artichokes, spinach, cream cheese, and sour cream. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Do not stir.
Place the Instant Pot lid on and ensure the valve is in the "sealing" position. Set to high pressure (or "manual") for 5 minutes.
Once finished cooking, do a quick release by carefully moving the valve to the "venting" position. Once the pressure has been released, remove the Instant Pot lid.
Mix until fully combined and then stir in the mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Transfer to a bowl and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Healthier Substitutions: - Replace cream cheese with Neufchâtel cheese (1/3 less fat)- Replace sour cream with reduced fat sour cream or plain Greek yogurt*This recipe was tested in a 6 quart Instant Pot.
