butter or coconut oil
melted

vanilla extract

semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or mixer.
Mix in the butter or coconut oil, vanilla, egg, and sugar.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and stir until combined.
Fold in about 3/4 of the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle the reamining chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
